These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through ROCKFOTOGRAFI by Micke Sandström. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General

This website is operated by Micke Sandström / Rockfotografi, based in Sweden.

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written permission.

Products

All prints sold through this website are fine art photographic prints, produced in limited or open editions as stated on the product page.

Colors and details may vary slightly between the on-screen representation and the final printed artwork due to differences in monitors, printing techniques, and materials. Such variations do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of errors in pricing, product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order price.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers integrated with Squarespace. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Prints are produced and shipped either directly from our print partner or from the studio, depending on the product.

Under normal circumstances, delivery time from order placement is approximately two to three (2–3) weeks. This timeframe includes production, quality control, and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production workload, shipping method, and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs handling.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As photographic prints are produced on demand or in limited editions, returns are generally not accepted.

If you are located within the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or produced specifically for you, in accordance with EU consumer law.

If a print arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including photographic documentation of the damage. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Micke Sandström.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
